The spirit of patriotism filled the air as the young Blue Bellians came together to celebrate the 77th Republic Day, paying homage to the  architects of the Indian Constitution and rejoicing in the pride of a free nation.

The Headmistress, Mrs. Anu Sehgal unfurled the Tricolour on the grounds of Blue Bells Preparatory School, marking the commencement of the celebrations. This was followed by a well synchronized and impressive March Past by the students of grades I and II reflecting discipline and unity.

 

Filled with pride for their glorious nation, the students, from Play Group, Nursery to Class II, participated enthusiastically in a vibrant cultural programme that beautifully showcased their talent, commitment and patriotic spirit. The students of Grade II highlighted the significance of the Indian Constitution and the Tricolour through an informative talk. The young Blue Bellians further enthralled the audience with a melodious patriotic song, lively action song, and a captivating dance performance, portraying the true colours of India. The atmosphere resonated with the spirited chants of “jai Hind! Jai Bharat!’

To commemorate the birthday of the great Freedom Fighter Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Sir Chhotu Ram, a prominent agrarian activist, the students highlighted their contribution in the freedom struggle of India.

 

The occasion was graced by Mr. Paras and Ms. Roma. Mr. Paras, alumnus of Blue Bells Model School and also a student of Blue Bells Preparatory School, shared his sentiments for the nation and recollected his school days as being an enthusiastic participant in celebrations. He expressed his gratitude to his alma mater for all the values imbibed during his school years that have helped him in his career growth.

He motivated the students to dream big, remain rooted in values and contribute positively to the nation.

The Headmistress, Mrs. Anu Sehgal, addressed the young patriots and lauded their commendable efforts in presenting a delightful cultural programme. She encouraged the students to imbibe the values of love for the motherland, integrity, and honesty, and to grow into responsible and dedicated citizens of the nation  

 

The Management and the Headmistress, Mrs. Anu Sehgal, conveyed their heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all, making the celebration a memorable and inspiring event.
