‘May the Sun in his course visit, no land more free, more happy, more lovely, than this our country’

With great fervour and spirit of patriotism, India’s 76th Independence Day was celebrated at Blue Bells Preparatory School.

Mr. Ashish Gulati, Vice Chairman, Blue Bells Group of Schools graced the occasion with his benign presence and unfurled the Tri-colour. Sir addressed the young patriots and urged them to be true citizens of their country and keep the Tri- colour soaring high with the message of peace, prosperity and brotherhood for all.

He also honoured the meritorious students for bringing laurels for the school in various Inter School Competitions.

The School Head Boy and Head Girl expressed the sentiment shared by all Indians- their love for the motherland.

To keep the spirit of patriotism alive, the young students rendered patriotic songs, a wonderful dance performance, karate and drill performances.

The students of the school depicted the true colours of freedom though captivating performances and showcased the rich culture of our country.

Members of Management extended their heartfelt Greetings on the occasion.

The Headmistress, Mrs. Anu Sehgal wished the staff and students a Happy Independence Day.

‘When you plant a seed, you plant a hope’

A special assembly on Van Mahotsav was organized for the students of Class II. They spoke confidently about the importance of this festival. Beautiful poems on plants were recited by the students. The importance of the God gifted flora around us was highlighted. They were encouraged to plant more and more saplings in their neighborhood. To show the love and care about their beautiful green friends, the students planted the saplings in the school. All the students pledged to save plants and grow more trees.

‘Being a doctor is one of the noblest professions, they heal the sick and make life saving decisions’ 

A special assembly was conducted for the students of classes I and II. The theme for the same was Doctor’s Day. Dr. Rekha Soni graced the occasion. Students spoke confidently about the importance of Doctor’s Day. They also spoke about how a doctor risks his life to save the patients. Dr. Rekha Soni spoke about how to take care of oral health and hygiene. She also made the students aware about the precautions to be taken during the rainy season. Ms. Kuljeet Kaur, the School Nurse showed a first aid box and highlighted its importance. She showed different things like Dettol, thermometer, bandage, medicines and cotton which were there in the first aid box. This was followed by a quiz time.  

An Inter House Drawing Competition was organized in Blue Bells Preparatory School on 18.05.2022 for the students of classes I and II.

The students were shown an object and they had to draw the same in the given time. The observation and drawing skills were portrayed excellently by the little ones.

First prize was bagged by Aaradhya Kanwar of class I (Daffodil House) and Sauravi Singh of class II (Daffodil House).

Second prize was bagged by Samaira of class I (Daffodil House) and Kashvi Tyagi of class II (Cosmos House).

Third prize was bagged by Kanav Verma of class I (Tulip House) and Sanskriti Jha of class II (Tulip House).

Mother’s Day was celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm in Blue Bells Preparatory School on Saturday 7^th May 2022 on Virtual platform. Students expressed their feelings on this special occasion.

The very talented MOMS participated enthusiastically and showcased their creativity and talent in various activities like- dance, self-composed poems, song, etc.

The young Blue Bellians presented a melodious song rendition and a rhythmic dance performance.

The Management, Blue Bells Group of Schools and Headmistress, Mrs. Anu Sehgal wished all the mothers on this special day.

When we care for the Earth, we care for ourselves.

The message of Go Green reverberated loud and clear to mark the Earth Day celebrations at Blue Bells Preparatory School. Hangings made of Earth cut-outs, Poster Making, Slogan Writing, Badges etc were all beautifully handcrafted by the students to sensitize all about the importance of this Day.

To commemorate the birth anniversary of Late Sh. B.D Gulati ji, Hon’ble Founder Chairperson,?Blue Bells Group of Schools, April 21 is celebrated as ‘Green Day’ at Blue Bells Preparatory School. Sir’s vision of a ‘Clean and Green Gurugram’ and his philosophy ‘Create a greener world before it becomes a fantasy to our next generation’ have inspired each one of us at Blue Bells to take all measures and steps to keep our city and surroundings green and clean. 

The occasion commenced with a floral offering to the great leader and visionary, followed with a rendition of soulful bhajan by the students of classes I and II.

Students of class II expressed their gratitude and spoke about Sir’s contribution to the society. A short skit ‘Nurture Nature Save the Future’ was presented by the students of class II with a message that we should save our environment from degradation. Students of class I presented a wonderful dance performance depicting the significance of keeping our Earth clean and green. A ‘Green Rally’ by the students of class II was an attempt to sensitize all about the conservation of our green heritage. The staff and students of Blue Bells Preparatory School planted saplings and pledged to fulfill Sir’s dream of a ‘Clean and Green City.’ The Management and Headmistress, Ms. Anu Sehgal urged the students to contribute to a sustainable environment thereby upholding the values that Sir so deeply cherished.

Baisakhi and Ambedkar Jayanti were celebrated in Blue Bells Preparatory School on 13^th April, 2022 with great zeal and enthusiasm.

The celebrations began with a Talk on Baisakhi followed by a melodious

song by class I students.

To commemorate the birthday of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, the students and teachers highlighted the life and work of the architect of the Indian Constitution.

The whole school came alive with a brilliant and energetic Bhangra dance performance by the students of Class II which enthralled the audience and took them to the harvest fields of Punjab.

The Management and Headmistress, extended their greetings to all on the occasion of Baisakhi and wished that the festival bring endless joy and happy moments for all.

‘Prayer is the key that unlocks all the storehouses of God’s infinite grace and power’

The auspicious Hawan ceremony was performed in Blue Bells Preparatory School to mark the commencement of the new academic session 2022-23 and seek the divine blessings of the Almighty. The Headmistress, Ms. Anu Sehgal performed the Puja along with the staff members of the school and conveyed her blessings and best wishes to all on behalf of the Management, Blue Bells Group of Schools.

‘Learning is a treasure that follows its owner everywhere….’

On 26th of March 2022 an Orientation Programme was organized for the parents of new students of classes Nursery & LKG.

The Headmistress, Mrs. Anu Sehgal welcomed the parents on behalf of the Management and apprised them of the norms of the institution. She interacted with the parents and assured them that their wards will get the best education and will be nurtured with care. She also spoke about the different measures adopted and the facilities that will be available in a scenario when school reopens for offline classes.

The parents were also acquainted with the teaching methodology, curriculum, evaluation process, health and wellness programme, safety and security and co-scholastic activities of the school.

A large number of parents in different slots attended the orientation program and they left feeling proud to be part of the Blue Bells family.
