‘Dance is the hidden language of the soul’.

Blue Bells Preparatory School believes in the maxim that‘in learning you will teach and in teaching you will learn’.To enlighten and provide the best training to the staff with the classical dance form, Kathak workshop was organized by Ghungroo Dance Institute in Blue Bells Model School, Sec 4, Gurugram. It was conducted by a renowned Kathak dancer of Lucknow Gharana, Vidushi Saswati Sen. She is alsoa disciple of a legendary Kathak Guru and Padma Vibhushit, Pt. Birju Maharaj Ji. Ms. Dipika Chauhan, Dance Teacher and Ms. Pooja Kapoor, Pre-Primary Teacher of Blue Bells Preparatory School attended the workshop. It was a great learning experience for them as they were acquainted with the nuances of this classical dance form. They were awarded with the Certificate of Participation.

To celebrate the joy of motherhood, Blue Bells Preparatory School celebrated Mother’s Day with great zeal and enthusiasm on Saturday i.e 18.05.19. The young Blue Bellians welcomed their mothers with a melodious song rendition and a rhythmic dance performance.

 The young moms participated enthusiastically and showcased their talent and creativity in a gamut of activities organized for them – Design a Casket, Canary Seed, Many-faceted and Antakshari.

Certificates of Participation and herbal plants were presented to the mothers as a token of reverence.

The Members of the Management, Blue Bells Group of Schools conveyed their heartfelt wishes to all the mothers and congratulated them for their extraordinary talent.  Mrs. Anu Sehgal, Headmistress, Blue Bells Preparatory School appreciated the wonderful efforts of the talented mothers and conveyed her best wishes to all.

‘No work is insignificant, all labour that lifts humanity has dignity & importance’

Blue Bells Preparatory School celebrated Labour Day on 1^st May’19 with great fervor & enthusiasm. A special assembly was organized on the occasion.A talk by UKG students - Divyanshi and Mehreen, enlightened the students about the importance and relevance of the day. The student learnt valuable lessons in the dignity of labour & respecting them for toiling tirelessly. To express their gratitude towards them, they presented them with handmade Thank you cards.

In her speech, the Headmistress, Ms. Anu Sehgal lauded the ceaseless efforts of the workforce. On behalf of the Management she thanked them for their selfless services & their contribution in the smooth functioning of the institution. Students of class UKG sang a melodious song and Class II students presented a rhythmic dance performance, dedicating it to the support staff. The workers also presented songs and a mesmerizing dance performance. They expressed their gratitude towards the School Management, Headmistress, staff & students for the wonderful programme.

To fulfill the dream of our visionary Founder Chairperson, Late Shri B.D. Gulati Ji, we dedicate and celebrate 21st April, the birth Anniversary of Sir, as ‘Green Day’every year.

A Special Assembly was conducted at Blue Bells Preparatory School, by the students of Classes I and II to pay tribute to Sir on 19^th April, 2019. The assembly commenced with a floral offering to the great Karmyogi, followed by a rendition of a melodious song by the students. A rhythmic dance and a skit was presented by little ones with a message to save our planet ‘Earth’.

Students of classes Nursery to II were involved in various activities to sensitize them in keeping our environment clean and green. The Headmistress, Mrs. Anu Sehgal, staff and students of Blue Bells Preparatory School planted saplings to spread the message of ‘Each One Plant One’.

In her address to the students, the Headmistress conveyed that plants are our green friends and we should be friendly to them and take care of our environment. She along with the students and staff of Blue Bells Preparatory School pledged to conserve our beautiful Planet Earth and our green heritage by living up to the vision and ideals of Sir.

‘Today let us remember the golden heritage of our country and feel proud to be a part of India’

Amidst this spirit of pride and jubilation, #BLUEBELLSPREPARATORYSCHOOL celebrated B.R. Ambedkar Jayanti and #Baisakhi – The Harvest Festival on 12^th April 2019 with great zeal and fervour.

The students of Class II, Ishani, Aryan and Pakhi paid tribute to the Father of Indian Constitution, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. In their talk they apprised the students of his great contribution in framing the Indian Constitution.

A talk on the significance of the festival of Baisakhi was presented by Ayaana of Class II in which she spoke some important facts about the festival. A true essence of the rich cultural heritage of the country and the true flavour of Punjab, was seen in the colourful dance performance presented by the students of Class II. The Headmistress, Ms. Anu Sehgal, on behalf of Management, extended her heartfelt wishes to the students and staff of Blue Bells Preparatory School.

I’m in school, Hip Hip Hooray!!

The tiny tots of Nursery and LKG were given a warm welcome as they stepped into the school on their first day i.e Tuesday, 2^nd April in the new academic session 2019-20. They were greeted and blessed with a ‘tilak’ at the entrance gate. The atmosphere was made comfortable and upbeat for the children. The teachers made their day enjoyable by organizing interesting activities in the form of   stories, rhymes, dance, playing with them on the swings. It was a fun filled day for the new comers.

An Orientation Program was organized on 30.03.2019 for the parents of UKG,I and II .

They were given a warm welcome and were apprised about the norms and teaching pedagogies of the school. They were also acquainted with the evaluation process, activities that are an integral part of scholastic and co scholastic areas of the enriched curriculum. The Blue Bells Centre for Learning is the learning and development centre where the curriculum and teaching methodology are designed under the able guidance of Madam Soumya Gulati, Deputy Director, Academic Development and Innovation, Blue Bells Group of Schools. The parents were also made familiar with the  Health and Wellness Program, spearheaded by  Dr. Alka Saxena, Deputy Director, Health and Wellness, Blue Bells Group of Schools. The Headmistress Ms. Anu Sehgal interacted with the parents and assured them that their wards will get the best education and will be nurtured with care.

A large number of parents attended the orientation program and they left feeling proud to be part of the Blue Bells family.

Invoking the divine, the new session commenced with the auspicious Hawan Ceremony performed by the Headmistress, Mrs. Anu Sehgal and staff of Blue Bells Preparatory School on Thursday i.e 28th March, 2019. On behalf of the Director, Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati, Blue Bells Group of Schools and Mr. Ashish Gulati, Vice Chairperson, Blue Bells Group of Schools, the Headmistress conveyed their blessings and best wishes for the new session. Ma’am also urged the teaching staff to be dedicated, devoted and to be positive in their approach towards their duties of nurturing and educating the students of the school.

An Orientation Program was organized on 23.03.2019 for the parents of Nursery & LKG students in Blue Bells Preparatory School. The students of the school welcomed the audience through a melodious group song and a stupendous dance performance.

Madam Soumya Gulati, Deputy Director, Academic Development and Innovation, Blue Bells Group of Schools, graced the occasion and in her address to the new parents, she assured them that their little ones would be in safe hands and a congenial environment. The Headmistress, Mrs. Anu Sehgal welcomed the parents on behalf of the Management and apprised them of the teaching pedagogy and norms of the institution.

Ms. Pramila Sehgal elaborated on the teaching methodology and enriched curriculum of pre-primary classes designed at the Blue Bells Center for Learning which is an initiative of Madam Soumya Gulati, Deputy Director, Academic Development and Innovation, Blue Bells Group of Schools.

Ms. Madhu Sharma and Ms. Alka Sood Value Education Facilitators acquainted the parents with the Health and Wellness Program at Blue Bells Preparatory School, an initiative of Dr. Alka Saxena, Deputy Director, Health and Wellness, Blue Bells Group of Schools.

The Activity Coordinator, Mrs. Rajni Bhardwaj spoke about the various co-scholastic activities that are an integral part of our curriculum.

A large number of parents attended the orientation program and they left feeling proud to be part of the Blue Bells family.

Gajananan -‘The Vighnaharat Gaurinandan’

The responsibility of instilling the values of patience, wisdom, humility, respect, endurance and responsibility in our children, rests with us. In sync with the same, Blue Bells Preparatory School celebrated Gajananan - ‘The Vighnaharat Gaurinandan’ through a dance drama on the Annual Day cum Prize Distribution Function on Saturday, 9.03.2019

Mrs. Gargi Kakkar, Chairperson, Khadi Gram Udyog Board, Haryana, graced the occasion as Chief Guest. The function was also graced by the benign presence of members of the Management, Shri Mahesh Chandra Ji, Chairman, Blue Bells Group of schools, Mr. Ashish Gulati, Vice Chairman, Dr.Saroj Suman Gulati, Director and other dignitaries.

The inaugural ceremony commenced with the auspicious lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest, members of the management, parents and student representatives of Blue Bells Preparatory school, followed by the welcome address by Mrs. Anu Sehgal,  Headmistress,  Blue Bells Preparatory school.  Madam Anu Sehgal also presented the Annual Report.

The sprawling lawns of Blue Bells Model School reverberated with different titles and epithets of Lord Ganesha and the students pledged to imbibe and follow the learnings from the Supreme Lord.

The script, choreography, costumes, voice over and props for the event were all an in - house preparation. It was indeed momentous to see nearly 100% participation with 450students of classes UKG, I and II

The proceedings of the day began with an obeisance to Lord Ganesha through a divine dance presentation, which mesmerized the audience.

Students were awarded prizes for their achievements in scholastic and co-scholastic activities. 500 prizes were awarded to motivate the young talent. In her address, the Chief Guest, Mrs. Gargi Kakkar, appreciated the efforts of the school by providing an excellent platform to the students to showcase their talent and inspired the students to learn the great life lessons from the tales of Ganesha, setting us on the path of righteousness.

The curtain was drawn to the spectacular show with Mrs. Rita Bhandari, Coordinator, Pre Primary Wing, Blue Bells Preparatory School, proposing the vote of thanks. The National Anthem was sung to mark the closing of the event.
