Blue Bells Preparatory School celebrated Labour Day virtually, to honour the hard work and efforts of the support staff, who work tirelessly and with great zeal. We have always believed that it is small acts of kindness that count and we attempt to inculcate that same virtue in our children by celebrating this day every year. The teachers briefed the students about Labour Day and its importance. The students expressed their respect and gratitude through a talk, self-made Thank You cards, posters and paper flowers which they had made especially for the workforce of our school. The activities were designed to inculcate the values of respect and gratitude for the labour workforce, among our students. The school support staff were overwhelmed watching the program virtually and expressed their gratitude for the school Management, teachers and students for their endeavours. The Management, the Headmistress, Ms. Anu Sehgal, congratulated the labour workforce and lauded their ceaseless efforts and their priceless contribution in the smooth functioning of the school. Sir’s vision of a’ Clean and Green Gurugram’ and his philosophy ‘Create a greener world before it becomes a fantasy to our next generation’ have inspired each one of us at Blue Bells to take all measures and steps to keep our city and surroundings green and clean.
A Special Assembly was conducted virtually in all classes on this occasion. Different activities were planned to sensitize the students about the conservation of our green heritage. Students of class II expressed their gratitude and spoke about Sir’s contribution to the society. Dance drama ‘Nurture Nature Save the Future’ was presented by the students of classes I and II with a message that what all measures we should take to make Our Mother Earth a Happy place again. Tiny tots of Blue Bells Preparatory School planted saplings at their home and pledged to fulfill Sir’s dream of a ‘Clean and Green City.’ The Headmistress, Ms. Anu Sehgal urged the students to uphold the values that Sir so deeply cherished.

She blessed the students and said that Goddess Saraswati will always shower her choicest blessings upon each of them.
The deity of knowledge and wisdom was worshipped with great respect and ardour. Students of all classes Nursery to Class 2 recited poetry, shloks, sang and danced on the Saraswati Vandana.
They also spoke about the significance of this festival and the advent of spring season.
The Management and the Headmistress, Mrs Anu Sehgal extended their greetings and blessings to all the students on this divine occasion.
