Baisakhi and Ambedkar Jayanti Celebration

A special assembly was organized by the students of Grade II in order to commemorate the birthday of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and to celebrate the Harvest Festival Baisakhi. The assembly was held on 11th April 2025.

The students of Grade II paid tribute to the architect of the Constitution of India, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, popularly known as Baba Sahib. They presented talk wherein they apprised the students of his great contribution in framing the Indian Constitution.

A talk on the significance of the festival of Baisakhi was also presented by Grade II students in which they spoke some important facts about the festival followed by melodious rendition. The program ended with a group of students presenting a colourful and energetic dance performance showing a true essence of the rich cultural heritage of the country and the true flavour of Punjab. The vibrant costumes and the rhythmic footwork added much fun to the enriching assembly.

The Headmistress, Mrs. Anu Sehgal addressed the students and on behalf of the Management, extended their greetings to all on the occasion of Baisakhi and wished that the festival brings endless joy and happiness for all.
